Brand Institute allows people to take surveys for money..

Before we get into the surveys at Brand Institute I just want to to talk about taking surveys for money in general.

I know some sites make it seem like you can make $100+ for taking surveys but that is NOWHERE close to the truth.

I mean it's not even remotely close.

If you're lucky you'll get a survey for a couple bucks that takes 30 minutes to complete.

I've been reviewing survey sites for a while and most surveys offer pennies for 30 minutes of work.

Sometimes you see $0.10 for a survey or $0.50 but it's rarely ever higher than that.

I usually don't recommend surveys to make money because of this. Do you really want to work a hour for $0.30? 

Of course not.

That's the reality with paid surveys, though.

That's why you should do things like affiliate marketing if you want to make real money. 

How To Join?

Joining Brand Institute is pretty straightforward.

First you have to fill out basic information like your name, email address and create a password:

After you fill out some more personal information you get a congratulations message about signing up, prompting you to go to your email to click an activation link:

After you click the link in the email you sign back in and you get access to surveys (except there's no surveys!).

How Do You Make Money Here?

There's really only one way to make money here and that's with surveys.

But there's one big problem here..

They don't really offer a lot of surveys.

In fact, when I signed up they had NO surveys available.

Apparently Brand Institute works closely with pharmaceutical companies and other medical companies.

So if you were to get a survey it would be in this field.

Again, though, no surveys are currently being offered to me at least.

VIP Membership Is Worthless

Brand Institute allows you to become a "VIP Member" after you're with them for more than 6 months.

You don't pay to become a VIP Member and instead you just apply to become one.

Apparently once you do you get access to better surveys with a higher earning potential.

I guess they want to sort out the people doing a survey or two from the people who take it more seriously.

However, you don't get any extra surveys from being in the VIP program. Not from what I've seen at least.

Discontinued Referral Program

Most survey sites and other sites similar to these offer a referral program.

You get a link and every time someone signs up through it, you get a commission.

You usually earn money everytime they do a survey too.

But the referral program has been discontinued for 3 years at Brand Institute (despite the referral program being displayed prominently on the sidebar):

This Seems To Be Dead

Usually when you sign up for a survey site you... get surveys.

They might not be the best surveys and you usually get a couple of cents for a lot of your time but they still offer SOMETHING.

But the fact you get zero surveys when you sign up is a bad sign.

The problem here is most of the surveys have to do with pharmaceuticals and the medical field.

When you sign up they ask if any of your family members are in the health field and stuff like that.

If you have no family connections to that industry you might not get any surveys.

Or it might just be completely dead and not running anymore.

From reading around from other people's experience they're not getting surveys either.

It's quite possible that the survey opportunity here has ended and they just haven't officially closed it. 

What I Like About Brand Institute

I guess I like that it's free but without surveys this is useless.

What I Don't Like About Brand Institute

Here's what I dislike:

There's no surveys

A survey site without surveys is worthless.

Unfortunately that is what's happening here. When you sign up there's nothing available for you.

You might have to fit into a narrow demographic to get a survey. 

No money to be made

Even if there were a bunch of surveys to do it still wouldn't really be worth your time. 

Taking surveys online is time consuming and you really don't make a lot of money. In most cases you'd be lucky to make $1 per hour. 

Is Brand Institute A Scam?

No but it is pretty much worthless.

The last survey site I reviewed had 30 or so surveys you could do the second you sign up.

There were surveys from $0.10 to $3.

Also, there was games you could play to earn rewards and stuff like that.

Brand Institute supposedly offers surveys but doesn't actually offer surveys.

I filled out everything and there was nothing for me.

Maybe if you have ties to the medical field you'll have a better outcome but I doubt it.

From reading other people's experiences most people aren't getting surveys.
