What is Creations Rewards?
If you are already familiar with Swagbucks, Survey Junkie, instaGC, and Opinion Outpost, then Creations Rewards should be a no-brainer for you.
Creations Rewards is a website where you get points for watching videos online, taking surveys, exploring other websites, answering trivia, and more. After accumulating a set number of points, members can redeem them for gifts cards or cash.
The company is headquartered in Manville, New Jersey, and was founded in 2000. It was founded by Christopher Basista who also serves as its president.
How to Join and How Does it Work?
You'll need to create a Creations Rewards account to become a member and start earning points. Once you become a member, you need to activate your account by clicking a link sent to your email. You can take surveys, watch videos, or do other tasks within the site the moment your account is activated.
Surveys

Taking surveys is one of the most common tasks on the website. There are four types of surveys in this category: the Daily Surveys, Peanut Labs Surveys, Say So Rewards Surveys, and CR Gold Surveys.
Daily Surveys is pretty much self-explanatory: you'll earn points for answering surveys every day. You can earn as little as 30 CR points are as much as 160 CR points. Currently, there are 18 surveys, but you need to be qualified before you can take one. If you are not qualified for one survey, Creations Rewards recommend that you check back again and again as new surveys are being added every now and then.
You will also need to qualify for Peanut Lab Surveys, Say So Rewards Surveys, and CR Gold Surveys in order to take them. You'll earn points for each survey completed.
Watch Videos
If you're always online watching videos, then why not make money out of it? You can earn points simply by watching videos on Creations Rewards and exploring different affiliate websites. Once you click the thumbnail, the system will open a new window where you can view the video itself.

But you can't just leave the video playing in the background while you clean the house or work or do something else. There are videos that require your interaction, while others need you to check out the slideshows and content. You'll earn points once you finish watching the video and exploring the website and its content.
Download Apps
Earn points for downloading one or more Creations Rewards affiliate apps on your phone. You can download the app only once to qualify, and you'll need to read the guidelines carefully and follow the interaction requirements so you can earn points.
Most of the affiliate apps are games, such as Myth or Fact, Tales of Gaia, Merge Dragons!, and Cooking Craze to name a few. If mobile games are not your cup of tea, then there's always Wag! Instant Dog Walkers and The Economist Espresso (subject to availability).
Shop Online
Creations Rewards members can get cash backs by shopping at their favorite stores, such as Walmart, JCPenney, Best Buy, Dunkin Donuts, and more. Other stores include Walgreens, RiteAid, HSN, Petco, and Office Depot.
Offer Walls
Another way to earn points with Creations Rewards is by taking surveys, watching videos online, and signing up for a service or a product. Some affiliates include Acorn, TrialPay, SuperRewards, RadiumOne, OfferToro, and Adwall.
Members can also earn CR points by sharing Creations Rewards with their friends. Simply send your friends a link or share the link on social media to earn 10% of the points they accumulated each month.
How Much to Join Creations Rewards?
The good news is joining Creations Rewards is free! But you have to be located in Canada or the United States to qualify. Individuals who are 18 years old and above are qualified to become a member.
Keep in mind, however, that you cannot create multiple accounts. A single account for each household is allowed, and you cannot use a public computer when you create an account or sign into the website.

How To Redeem Your Points
You can only redeem rewards when you have accumulated 1,000 points. This is equivalent to $5.
Some of the rewards you can receive are Amazon.com gift cards, Starbucks cards, Target gift cards, and Walmart gift cards. You can also redeem the cash equivalent of your points via PayPal.

Members can redeem their points as often as they'd like. All redemption items are sent to you via mail with the exception of Paypal and Amazon gift cards.
Keep in mind that you'll need to wait several weeks before the gift card will reach you. The bad news is it will take longer if you chose the PayPal option.
What I Like About Creations Rewards
* So many ways to earn points
You can always find ways to earn points with Creations Rewards. Surveys are a great way to start earning, and you can choose from the regular daily surveys to Say So Rewards surveys. You can also watch videos or download apps to earn points and get rewards.
If you're not quite into watching videos or taking surveys, you can always get deals and rewards by shopping in your favorite stores or sharing Creations Rewards with your friends.
* Creations Rewards membership is free
Creations Rewards does not charge a membership fee. But remember that you need to be a resident of Canada and the US to qualify as a member. Creations Rewards only accepts members who are 18 years of age or beyond. Children aged 13 years or older can apply for membership but need parental consent.
* Different payout options available
Once you've accumulated enough points, you can redeem it via different payout options. Gift cards are the most common option, and you can use them in Amazon, Walmart, Starbucks, and Target. But if you'd rather have cash, you can also opt for the PayPal payout instead.

What I Don't Like About Creations Rewards
* Low BBB rating
CreationsRewards.net, LLC received an F rating from customers — the lowest possible rating customers can give. It has been in operation since 2000, but it seems that its services have not improved over the years. Hence, the F rating. This is one of the signs that you should reconsider if you have decided to sign up.
* Multiple complaints about non-payment or delays in payout
Creations Rewards has received multiple customer complaints regarding payout issues. The most common issue is the slow processing of payouts. Customers redemption requests are processed for a couple of weeks at most according to the website. But according to the complaints, it seems that the company's standard processing time for gift cards can sometimes take months.
The company has been upfront about the fact that the payout process can be slow, but many did not expect that it can be excruciatingly slow. According to some reviews, some payouts even take 6 months!
Considering the speed of technology these days, that time period is simply too long to wait for a measly $5 gift card. It makes you wonder if its accounting department is still manually inputting transactions in a ledger or something. Moreover, the delay gets even worse if you choose the PayPal option.
Other customers have complained that their payouts never arrived at all. Some have even complained that the Creations Rewards system indicates that a payment has been made when the customer is yet to receive his or her payout.
The company's customer service takes forever to respond, and when reps do respond, the customers receive a canned reply.
* Accumulating points with Creations Rewards is not that easy
There are many different options to earn points with Creations Rewards. These include answering surveys, watching videos, and exploring websites. The tasks might seem very easy at first glance, but these sites are designed to be misleading.
You might be willing to take as many surveys as you want, but keep in mind that not everyone is qualified. You'll need to fit certain criteria before the system will allow you to take surveys and earn points.
Another task is to watch videos online that are produced by Creations Rewards affiliates. Maybe you're thinking that all you need to do is click on the video and let it play while you're vacuuming the floor or working on another project and poof! Instant money.
But the sites site's affiliates have designed the videos to be interactive, and there are websites or content you'll need to explore, so you really need to sit down and focus on watching the videos if you want to get paid.
Is Creations Rewards a Scam?
Creations Rewards is a legitimate platform where you can earn points by doing simple tasks such as taking surveys, watching videos, and more. You're qualified to redeem gift cards and cash (via PayPal) once you get 1,000 points.
But the better question is, is Creations Rewards worth your time?
The answer is no.
Earning points by watching videos or taking surveys is not as easy as it sounds. Some members will be surprised that they won't qualify for surveys, and the corresponding points are so low it will take many months before you can rack up 1,000 points.
Watching videos also seem so easy, but you can't just leave the videos playing on the background while you do something else. You will need to explore websites and interact with the content to be able to qualify for points.
Creations Rewards is also notoriously slow when it comes to processing payouts and paying members who have redeemed their points. Moreover, you'll be paid peanuts. Granted, the tasks are so easy anyone can do them. But they seem like a huge waste of time that you're better off looking for other, more lucrative ways to pay the bills.
