It offers various CBD-based nutritional supplements, topical creams, and more. The company is one of the newest entrants in the cannabis market, but what sets it apart is its multi-level marketing program.

CEO Donald Steinberg is at the helm of hempSMART, while Ian Harvey serves as hempSMART's Global Sales Director. Dianna Steinberg, on the other hand, was appointed as the head of the company's product development.

hempSMART's products include CBD drops, CBD oil in capsules, CBD-based topicals, and more. The company also offers so-called Business Development Packs for affiliates.

The company is headquartered in the United States, but the products are available in the United Kingdom. Additionally, hempSMART products are available and can be purchased in the Netherlands.

Unlike other CBD sellers that only offer products at retail prices, hempSMART products are available at special wholesale prices for members or affiliates. These products can then be sold by affiliates at retail prices to customers.

Apart from selling hempSMART products, affiliates can also enroll new team members and build their downline (more on this later).

Is hempSMART a Pyramid Scheme?

hempSMART is not a pyramid scheme.

It is a legitimate brand that is held by the publicly traded Marijuana Corporation of America. The company sells CBD-rich products that are extracted from a cannabis plant called hemp.

It has, however, a multi-level marketing business model, so that can be problematic for many people.

There are businesses that have succeeded in using the MLM business model, but they are few and far between. hempSMART is still a newbie in this market, so perhaps there's a good chance that it will achieve success later on. But if you're looking for a company that has been in the business for a long time and you want to make sure that it is profitable, then hempSMART might not be the best choice.

How Much To Join hempSMART?

If you want to be an affiliate, you need to pay $49 for a hempSMART™ $49 Associate Registration Pack. With this basic pack, hempSmart associates can buy products at 15% off and sell them at retail price. This also entitles associates to sponsor prospective members.

Moreover, associates are qualified to reap rewards and compensation. They will have their own replicated hempSMART website and e-commerce store where customers can order. It has its own online back office.

hempSMART associates will receive free business training, as well as access to the company's app and resource library. Company associates will also receive special offers, plus dedicated support. This package, however, does not come with any hempSMART products.

What Is hempSMART's Compensation Plan?

There are five ways qualified affiliates can earn money with hempSMART.

But before we begin, let's break down some of the terms of the compensation plan so we can better understand it.

* Fast Start Bonus

Members who have qualified as basic qualified associates or premium qualified associate can get the Fast Start Bonus. Basic qualified associates must generate 200 personal point volume (PPV) within one month or enrolled with a Basic Registration Pack valued at $179 to get the Fast Start Bonus. Associates are eligible to receive 25% bonus on all products sold on the first level of the downline.

If you have generated 300 PPV with one month or enrolled with a Premium Registration Pack valued at $279, then you can become a premium qualified associate. The associate can receive a 25% bonus on all products sold on the first level, and another 12.5% on the second level. The Fast Start Bonus is paid weekly.

* Customer Prosperity Bonus

The Customer Prosperity Bonus was created to reward associates for increased retail volume.

* Leadership Prosperity Bonus

According to hempSMART, this bonus is a percent override of the total volume on each level up to 7 levels. The bonus is measured using each hempSMART product's point value and paid on the commissionable value.

This is awarded to associates who personally enroll two other associates within seven days of joining the company. This bonus is paid every week. Only Active Associates, Managers, VIP Leaders, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum associates are qualified to earn this bonus.

* Leadership Advancement Bonus

Associates who advance the ranks receive a bonus as a reward. This is also an incentive to motivate them to advance to the next rank.

* Leadership Matching Bonus

Help your team members of up to the fourth level earn more and achieve success to get the leadership matching bonus.

What I Like About hempSMART?

No, hempSMART is not a scam. hempSMART is one of the newest companies to venture into the CBD market. It is one of the brands owned by Marijuana Corporation of America and is headquartered in the city of Escondido, California.

The company offers a wide selection of CBD-rich hemp extracts, such as CBD drops, CBD-rich capsules, creams, and CBD drops for pets. Customers can buy these products at retail prices online, but they can also become hempSMART direct sellers who can purchase the products at wholesale prices.

Apart from selling directly to customers, hempSMART has an MLM business model and encourages interested individuals to become the company's affiliates. But if you think it will be easy to break into this market and make a lot of money, then it's best to take that enthusiasm down a notch and be realistic.

There's no doubt that the health and wellness market is already crowded, so if you want to become a hempSMART affiliate, you'll need to outwit your competitors and think of many ways to make your products stand out. hempSMART is not a scam and it's not impossible to make money by selling CBD.
