Pruvit Summary

What is Pruvit?

Pruvit is a MLM company that sells different Keto products. 

Being a MLM, Pruvit doesn't spend money on advertising or anything like that - you won't see commercials for them or see billboards with their products.

Instead they allow people to sign up for the company and become affiliates. As an affiliate you can sell their products and earn a commission on each sale.

Also, you get rewarded when you recruit people into the system and when you build a team to sell under you. 

This might sound like a good way to make money but it's actually a horrible way, which you'll learn as you read on.

Pruvit is headed by CEO Brian Underwood and was started in 2015. It's headed out of Texas.

Underwood has a lot of experience in the MLM world and started another fairly popular MLM called bHip Global and a few others.

As far as MLM's go Pruvit seems pretty stable and has good leadership. 

Is Pruvit A Pyramid Scheme?

A lot of people hate MLM's and because of this some people like to call all MLM's a pyramid scheme, which isn't exactly true. 

Pruvit isn't an outright pyramid scheme but does have elements of a pyramid scheme.

This is what part of the pyramid scheme looks like and this is the part the rewards recruitment.

A pyramid scheme is when your entire income relies on recruitment and there's no real products. 

Pruvit, however, does have real products and also allows affiliates to make money from selling directly to customers, without recruiting.

Keep in mind that the real money is in recruitment and anyone that's successful with Pruvit is successful because they were good recruiters.

Success Is Rare With Pruvit

I actually think Pruvit is one of the better MLM's out there but that's still not much of a compliment (it's kind of like being the tallest midget).

Many MLM's come with an income disclosure statement that gives a detailed look at how many people are making money, how many are losing money and which percentage are making what.

Pruvit gives a small amount of information about the odds of success and you can read it here. 

The only statistic you'll find there is Pruvit claims the average affiliate makes anywhere from $500 to $2000 for the year. 

They don't show anymore than that but if that's truly the average that isn't good. It's only $41 to $166 per month.

This is only a few bucks a day.

As you can see you'll want to pass on MLM's.

How Much To Join Pruvit?

Pruvit has a few costs that can add up over time. 

Initially you have to pay a $37 fee per year and you have to buy a certain amount products a well. This will come out to approximately $350.

But there's a hidden cost to joining Pruvit. 

In order to be eligible for commissions you have to order a certain amount of products per month. This is something I don't like and Pruvit is essentially forcing their affiliates to buy products.

Depending on your rank this can cost you between $76 to $133 per month. If you're having a hard time selling products this can cost you over $1000 in a year.

Pruvit Compensation Plan

MLM's always come with complicated compensation plans and it's almost impossible to decipher everything unless you know the technical jargon.

It's not really important to know every single detail of this plan and I'm just going to summarize the biggest parts.

Retail Commissions:

The first way you can make money with Pruvit is by buying their products and selling them directly to customers. 

Residual Commissions:

This is where the money is and how most people earn their money with this company - it's the part that rewards recruitment.

This compensation structure for residual commissions is unilevel and looks like the following:

Basically you earn a certain percentage of group sales at each level. The closer the level is to you and the people you personally recruited into the system the more you make.

Didn't I mention MLM compensation plans are complicated?

Just know the more you recruit, and the more your recruit's recruit and the more everyone below you sells, the more you make.

Various Smaller Bonuses

The main way you make money is through recruitment and to a lesser extent retail sales.

However, there's a few more ways to earn money and the bonuses at Pruvit are incentive based. 

I review MLM's for a living and every once in a while I get stumped at the compensation plans. This is one of those times. I'm not entirely sure what all the bonuses are and how you accomplish them.

Pruvit Products

Pruvit's products are based around Ketone which is apparently a process that happens in your liver that turns sugar into energy.

Do I think Ketone products work the way Pruvit says they do? I have no clue.

If I had to guess they don't work as good as Pruvit claims and the reviews of Pruvit products on Amazon aren't that good:

Above is the average rating of one of the Pruvit products (3.7/5 isn't that good).

There's only two products at this company and they are:

Keto//OS Nat

This is a Kool-Aid like product and you mix it into a drink. There's various flavors including:

• Tru Passion
• Raspberry Lemonade
• Mint Chip Cream
• Heart Tart

and more. This product is pretty expensive and costs over $100 for 20 servings. For an entire months supply it will cost around $160. 

How many people do you know will want to pay $160 for a product like this? 

Keto//Reboot

This kit is another one that costs over $100 and is a kit designed for a hour fast.

Currently this product is sold out on the Pruvit website.

What I Like About Pruvit

I don't recommend that you join Pruvit but there's a few things that I like, including:

• Interesting products: I personally don't like Pruvit products but I can understand that some people would be interested in their "benefits."
• Good leadership: The owner of the company and much of the leadership at Pruvit has a lot of experience running MLM's.

What I Don't Like About Pruvit

At the end of the day there's more not to like here than to like and the main things I don't like are:

• Expensive products: The products at Pruvit may be interesting and they may even work but over $100 for a 20 day supply or over $100 for a 60 hour kit is too expensive.
• Crowded market: There's no shortage of health products out there and you're going to have a lot of competition when it comes to selling products. You'll also have to compete against other MLM's when it comes to recruitment.
• Bothering friends and family: One of the worst parts of a MLM is you'll have to bother friends and family to recruit and sell products. This can literally ruin close relationships.
• Low chance of success: Pruvit admits that most people make less than $100 per month and if they released all stats I'm sure you'd see most people actually lost money and not make money. 

Is Pruvit A Scam?

I don't think Pruvit is a scam.

There's products and a compensation plan that rewards certain activities (sales + recruitment).

But just because Pruvit isn't a scam doesn't mean you should join it.

In fact, I think you should stay away from Pruvit. 

The odds of success with this MLM and all MLM's in general are very low. You're more than likely just going to lose money and not make any.

Here's A Better Opportunity

Hopefully by now you've decided that Pruvit isn't right for you.
