And more. By the time you're done reading this post you'll know if Press 1 Cash is right for you.
Let's get started!
Press 1 Cash Summary
Product: Press 1 Cash
Price to join: $270 + $1.98 per lead
Rating: 10/100
Do I recommend? No!

Summary: Press 1 Cash sounds good on paper - you sign up, get a number/website, people call your number, you send them a message and then you make money.
If only making money online was that easy!
These type of scams don't work out too well and the business model for this company is very close to being a pyramid scheme, which I'll explain later on in the post.
I definitely don't recommend this product for anyone because you likely won't make anything from it.

What is Press 1 Cash?
Press 1 Cash is a service that helps you market your website (and helps you market the Press 1 Cash service).
This is what you get from them:
- An auto text and voicemail system that customers can call
- The text gets sent after a customer hears the automatic voicemail
- The text comes with your website or premade website that markets Press 1 Cash
That's the jist of what Press 1 Cash is.
You can send pre-recorded messages as well or you can set up your own voicemail. Also, you get training so you get the "most" out of the program.
How Much Does It Cost?
Press 1 Cash costs $297 with the cost of signing up being $97 and $200 going to your sponsor.
There's a hidden cost, though - you get charged every time a customer hears your voicemail and when a text message gets sent out ($0.99 for each).
You do get 100 free credits when you sign up (listening to a voicemail is one credit and the text getting sent out is another).
Those 100 credits are going to go fast because you'll have to send out A LOT of voicemails to get a sale. People aren't going to just give you their money after listening to some random voicemail.
So after your free 100 credits are used up you'll have to basically pay $2 per lead to your website ($1 for the voicemail and $1 for the text).
I guarantee it will take hundreds of calls to get a single sale, meaning you'll be paying several hundred per lead. There's very little chance you make money.

Is Press 1 Cash A Pyramid Scheme?
I don't know if Press 1 Cash is an outright pyramid scheme or an illegal one but it certainly has the elements of one.
Here's what I mean - look at the picture below:

You can market Press 1 Cash if you want and receive commissions for recruiting people into the system. So you would send your number out, get customer calls and send out text messages with a pre-made website selling Press 1 Cash.
This is a lot like a pyramid scheme because you're essentially just selling a membership to Press 1 Cash and not really offering a service.
If you're using Press 1 Cash to market a service or product, then it's not a pyramid scheme.
Press 1 Cash Compensation Plan
If you don't have a product or service to market then you'll have to market Press 1 Cash memberships.
To understand how much you can make you need to understand the compensation plan, which is pretty simple.
It's paid out in a unilevel structure and looks like the following:

At Press 1 Cash you only get paid to the second level.
So if you get someone to sign up you get $200 (the cost of joining is $297 with $97 going towards the membership fee and $200 going towards you).
Also, you get all your recruit's first sale. So if you recruit someone and they recruit someone, that $200 sponsor fee would go to you.
Again, this is VERY close to a pyramid scheme, if not an outright one.
This System Doesn't Work
I've been making money online for years now and know what it takes to make a sale.
If you think you can just send out your number and people are just going to buy, you've never made a dollar on the internet.
Making money online is nuanced and there's a lot of steps involved. First off, you want customers that are looking for a service that you're offering. This isn't what's happening with Press 1 Cash.
Here you're creating Craigslist ads and putting up you're "offer." If you're looking for a job on Craigslist you're not going to have a lot of money to spend.
All you're going to get is tire kickers. They may call, they may look at your offer but very little will buy.
I know this because I've tried marketing on Craigslist before. I've gotten thousands of leads from there and never made a single sale.
So if you get 1000 hits with Press 1 Cash that's going to cost you $2000!
You're not going to get 10 sales in those hitts (what it would take to break even).
There's ways to get leads FOR FREE which is necessary if you want to make money online.
Is This Legal?
Press 1 Cash goes through great lengths to say this service is legal and I'm pretty sure it is.
Apparently the fact that customers have to "press 1" when they hear the voicemail to receive the text from you makes this all legal.
However, the pyramid scheme aspect may make this company illegal.
Another opportunity much like Press 1 Cash recently had to pull the plug because pressure was mounting on them for being a pyramid scheme.
The company was called The Abundance Network and you can read more about it here.
The similarities are striking:
- You get an automatic voicemail/texting service
- You get paid for promoting memberships into the companies
The main difference is with Press 1 Cash you get a website and you can technically sell your own services, not just Press 1 Cash.
This may protect it from being declared an illegal pyramid scheme but the part where you promote their services is borderline illegal.

Is Press 1 Cash A Scam?
I personally think it is.
It especially is if you're going to be using Press 1 Cash services to promote Press 1 Cash service. You'll likely be in a pyramid scheme if that's the case.
Even if you're using the voicemail and texting service for your own business I still think its pretty scammy.
The price per text and voicemail is two high and you'll have to add $2 per lead you're trying to acquire.
So if you're working on tight margins this can really add up.
Plus every 500 leads you get will cost you about $1000. Add this to the price it'll cost to get your number in people's hands and the price will just keep increasing.
Here's A Better Opportunity
Hopefully by now you've decide Press 1 Cash isn't for you.
