Affiliate marketing is a legitimate business model and this training offered by Deshayla Flowers is decent.
It's mainly for people that want to do affiliate marketing through Youtube.
That's not my favorite way to do affiliate marketing but some people prefer that as a traffic source.
My main complaint is the training is too short and the price is too high.

Who Is Deshayla Flowers?
There's honestly not a lot out there about Deshayla..
The only thing I could really find was a Youtube channel she runs called CEO Deshayla.
This channel has over 40k subscribers and it seems she's been posting for about 2 years:
A lot of the videos seem to based around getting grants from the government and stuff like that.
There is some affiliate marketing stuff in there too.
To Deshayla's credit Affiliate Beast is mainly focused on Youtube.. so she does what she's talking about.
Her channel seems to be growing and she does get thousands of views per video.

Overall, Affiliate Beast is a pretty short course.
The training is broken up into 4 core modules, some additional traffic training and some bonuses.
Here's a breakdown of what you get:
Module 1: Getting Started
The first module is an introduction to affiliate marketing.
This goes over the absolute basics of affiliate.. things like what is affiliate marketing, where to find products to promote, what an email responder is and what a landing page is.
If you know anything about affiliate marketing this won't be too useful to you.
Module 2: Getting Set Up With Clickfunnels And Getresponse
The next module talks about two important tools you'll be using as an affiliate marketer.. Clickfunnels and Getresponse.
Clickfunnels is a program that builds landing pages where you promote your offer.. you can also capture emails with it.
Getresponse is the email autoresponder you'll be using.
Once you capture emails you use Getresponse to send out emails automatically.

Module 3: Setting Up Your Youtube Channel
Youtube is a popular place for affiliate marketers and it's now the second biggest search engine.
This module goes over how to create your Youtube channel and how to optimize it so you get viewers.
Module 4: Make Affiliate Sales With Youtube Traffic
The 4th module goes over how you're actually going to make money with Youtube traffic.
Here's some of what you'll learn:
- How to make videos without showing your face
- How to find video ideas
- How to use reviews and launch jacking to get views
- Creating bonus packages so people will buy through your link

Bonus: Paid Traffic Sources
The first bonus you get is training on paid traffic sources.
These sources includes solo ads and Facebook.. most of the training is about Facebook.
You'll learn how to set up a Facebook page, install a Facebook Pixel, target audiences and more.
Bonus: Pinterest Traffic Training
This bonus section goes over Pinterest.
Pinterest is an interesting traffic platform and a lot of people make serious money from it.. a lot of people overlook its potential as well.
This bonus will show you how to leverage this platform for affiliate sales.

The last training module goes over some odds and ends.
You'll get some done for you landing pages that you can upload to your Clickbank account.

1) Is this course worth $497 ($1297 with coaching)?
I don't think so.
The training is decent but it's really short.
There's other programs that cost less and have 5 times the training.
If this course was like $99 I'd be more willing to recommend it.
2) Is Deshayla Flowers legit?
I have no clue how successful Deshayla is.. there's really not that much out there about her.
To her credit she does seem to have a growing Youtube channel which is what she's teaching in this course.
I don't think she's a millionaire or anything close to that, though.
3) How long is the course?
The course is very short.
It has 4 core modules and then some training that covers paid traffic and Pinterest.
There's nothing on SEO or anything like that.
This is one of the shorter courses I've reviewed in a while.
4) What does this course teach?
This course teaches affiliate marketing and mainly focuses on Youtube.
Youtube is a great way to make money with affiliate marketing and can definitely work if that's the route you choose.
Additionally, there's some paid traffic and Pinterest training.
5) Are there any testimonials?
There's only her own testimonials.. I didn't see any that came from students.
6) Is there a refund policy?
There is one but it's a little confusing.
You have to email for your return, have applied what was taught in the course, not have gotten results and this must be done within 30 days.
I personally don't like when all those extras are added to a refund policy.
Refund policies should just be based on whether a person wants their money back.
7) How much do I need to start affiliate marketing?
Affiliate marketing is great because you can started with little money.
If you're doing Youtube all you need is a screen recorder and editing software and the rest is pretty much free.
You might have to pay for a camera too.
If you do affiliate marketing through a website you need even less.. just hosting and a domain name.
As long as you don't pay for traffic you can get started for less than $50 per month.
You'll likely need thousands if you're paying for traffic.
8) Are there any alternatives?

No I don't think so.
Deshayla has a Youtube channel that's growing and it will probably hit over 100k subscribers if she keeps it up.
But the course just isn't worth its price tag.
