If you're looking for basic finance training and a helpful community to learn in this course could be worth your time.
The price isn't terrible and these guys are pretty fun to listen to.
However, I personally think there's better and more affordable ways to make money than real estate investment.

Who Is Rashad Bilal And Troy Millings?
Rashad Bilal and Troy Millings are the creator of Earn Your Leisure and EYL University.
In terms of building a brand these two have done an EXCELLENT job.
They have a popular Youtube channel that has hundreds of thousands of subscribers, a popular podcast, merch, hundreds of thousands of followers on Instagram and more.
Their main focus is building wealth in the black community and they blend popular black culture into this.
They have interviews with Mark Cuban, Dwayne Wade and other well known personalities as well.
So in terms of learning they make it fun.
The question you should be asking yourself, though, is whether Rashad and Troy make their money from doing what they teach or from their brand.
There's nothing wrong with building a brand like this and earning money.
However, if you're going to buy a course you want someone that actually makes the majority of their money doing what they teach.
It's hard to tell how much Rashad and Troy make from investment and stuff like that.
They certainly make a good amount from their Youtube channel and podcast.
Is Real Estate The Best Side Hustle?
Not all the training in EYL is about finance.. there's also training on investing in real estate and other kinds of investments.
Learning finance and getting your money straight is an absolute necessity to building wealth.
Also, you need to learn to invest your money so it's not just sitting around.
However, most self made millionaires created their wealth by starting a business and not through investing.
Investing is something you do once you have the money.
You can flip houses and invest in real estate but you need money or big loans to get started.
Starting a business costs money too.. if you try to start a brick and mortar business.
However, starting an online business is VERY affordable.
In fact, I started an online business with zero dollars in the bank and a barely working laptop.

1) Is EYL University worth $499 per year?
The financial training in EYL University is pretty good but if you if you're paying $499 per year you're paying for the community.
If EYL is the style and culture you like then I'd say it's worth it.
It's easier to learn in a community than it is by yourself.
2) Is Rashad Bilal And Troy Millings legit?
Yeah they know what they're talking about.
They put out videos every single day and cleary are experts in finance and investment.
My only question is how much these two make from the EYL brand compared to them doing what they teach.
Whatever the ratio is will reveal just how legit they are.
3) What does EYL University teach?
EYL University teaches financial literacy, the home buying process and investment.
It's broken up into webinars, interviews, training and a private community where you can ask questions and get answers.
4) Who is this course for?
This is definitely a course and community aimed towards black people.
At the end of the day your learning financial principles and tips so anyone could join and get something out of it.
But most of the interviews and the overall culture is centered around black people.
5) Is there any testimonials?
There's only one testimonial on the sales page.
I have no clue if it's legit or not. I've seen people fake testimonials in the past.
Not saying that's happening here but it's hard to be certain.
6) Is there a refund policy?
There's a graphic that says 30 day money back guarantee. It's not explained more than that, though.
7) Are there any alternatives?
There's a lot of courses that teach finance and creating side hustles.

No I don't think so.
Now I don't know what Rashad and Troy make with their investments. Typically you'd want to learn from someone who makes most of their money doing what they teach.
Rashad and Troy could be making more selling the lifestyle and the brand.
If that's the case I probably wouldn't buy EYL University.
