This site has been around for a while and it's pretty popular. I believe it's legit in the sense you'll actually get paid for the work you do and be able to withdraw.
However, the amount you can earn here is really, really small.
I'd avoid unless you're happy making pennies for the work you do.

How Do You Make Money?
Rapidworkers really lives up to his name and you make money by doing very simple and quick tasks.
One thing I noticed is you get A LOT more jobs if you are from the US.
It looks likes more than half the jobs are US only (maybe up to 70%).
If you're from a country outside the US it doesn't look like there's much money for you to make here.

A lot of the tasks are easy to do.
For example, the first job I did I had to watch a Youtube video all the way through, like and comment on it.
This job took about 5 minutes and I made $0.18.
Other jobs being offered are:
- Downloading apps
- Create 20 gmail accounts
- Taking surveys
- Liking Facebook posts
- Put in email address
- Download and install software
- Playing games
- Downloading new browses
Most of these tasks pay anywhere from $0.05 to $0.50.

What I Like About Rapidworkers
Here's what I like about Rapidworkers
A lot of tasks to do if your American
I'm from America and there were a lot of task for me to do - hundreds.
If you're from America than there's probably a good chance you can make a pretty decent amount of money.
I'm not sure if you get new tasks every day but there's enough tasks there to keep a person pretty busy for a while.
Uses Paypal
For some reason a lot of GPT sites don't have Paypal as an option to withdraw money.
Paypal is very easy to use and it's by far the best payment processor. Plus they're pretty trustworthy and can be used all over the world.
Free to use
I really don't think anyone is going to make anything significant here but it is free to try.
Obviously this is a good thing so no matter how little you make you know it's all going to be profit.
What I Don't Like About Rapidworkers
Here's what I don't like about Rapidworkers:
Mostly for the US
The main traffic for this website is from countries outside of the US but most of the offers are for only people in the US.
This means the majority of the people who join Rapidworkers won't be able to make money.
Not a lot to make here
There's ways to make a lot of money online.In fact, there's people with no special skills or knowledge making thousands online. I'm one of them.
Some even make millions!
There's no chance of making life changing money with Rapidworkers.
Is Rapidworkers A Scam?
No I don't think it is.
This site has been around for a while and there's proof that they're paying people. I haven't really read anything about people not getting paid.
However, the earning potential here is very low and this is especially true for people that live outside the US.
In fact, if you're outside the US I probably wouldn't waste my time here at all.
Even if you're in the US you're only going to be able to make pennies for completing tasks.
Maybe do Rapidworkers on the side but you should also pursue ways of making money online that can make you a lot more.
