Do I recommend? No!

   Overall rating: 0/5

Sam Seiden is not someone you want to give your money to.

He's run other programs that many considered fraudulent and that he apparently has admitted to as such.

Online Trading Academy(which he founded) is being sued by the FTC and is expected to be settled for 10's of millions.

Don't spend thousands on The Seiden Strategies.

Who Is Sam Seiden?

Sam Seiden is the creator of The Seiden Strategies.

He's a pretty infamous character in the trading world and he's most known for his previous company, Online Trading Academy.

Many people suspected this company was a scam and in February 2020 the FTC sued Online Trading Company.

The FTC claimed Online Trading Company "targeted older Americans with false or unfounded earnings claims."

Additionally, they believe Online Trading Company collected $370 million in the last 6 years as well!

Essentially Online Trading Company claimed they had a secret strategy that you couldn't find anywhere else.. except the FTC claimed you could easily learn it in other places.

Also, they used hypothetical trades to basically mislead people about how much they could make from their training.

As a result the company was ordered to pay millions back to customers.

The Seiden Strategies was quickly put together after this and seems to be a reboot of the program.

The chart below shows website traffic to The Seiden Strategies and as you can see the traffic starts going up in October (all the way to the left). The case against Online Trading Company was settled in September:

The Seiden Strategies Overview

The Seiden Strategies is broken up into two different tiers and an additional program called The Emperor's Club.

Here's a breakdown of what you get:

Tier One: The Strategy ($6,995 + $3,995 Per Year)

The first tier is broken up into 8 modules.

Here's a breakdown of each module and what you get:

  • The Forum - The Forum is a live trading room that is hosted by Sam Seiden. During this one hour stream Sam will give you trade recommendations and other analysis.
  • The Exchange - This is 15 minutes before the opening bell where you'll get various trade recommendations.
  • The Gallery - This is a trade algorithm that gives you recommendations on certain markets.
  • The Arena - The Arena is a live trading room where you can interact with other members.
  • The Options Colosseum - The is a session that happens twice a week. Here you'll see supply and demand imbalances which you can capitalize on to make money.
  • The Investor Empire - This is a program dedicated to beefing up your lifetime retirement portfolio.
  • High Impacts News Sessions - This is access to Sam's private Twitter where you can make trades based on his world insights.
  • Member Council - This is basically support and where you can live chat and email about problems you're having.

Tier 2: The Strategy Plus ($8,995 + $4,995 Per Year)

There really isn't too much of a difference between tier 1 and tier 2.

The only difference (besides price) is tier 2 expands the live market coverage from 25 markets to 50 markets.

The Emperors Club ($1995)

This is really just an upsell that costs $1995.

You get bonuses like priority seating at lives events and access to mastermind groups.

The Seiden Strategies FAQ's

1) Is Seiden Strategies worth its price tag?

This program costs a lot of money. The first tier is $6,995 and then you have to pay $3,995 per year to stay in the program.

Tier 2 is even more and costs $8,995 up front and $4,995 per year.

The Emperors Club is nearly $2000.

That's a serious amount of money and I just can't recommend this program because of that.

Especially with the baggage Sam Seiden has.

2) Is Sam Seiden A Scam?

It's kind of looks that way.

I have no clue if he's a good trader or not but his training programs have pretty much been proven to be a scam.

The FTC has sued them for stealing millions from consumers with fraudulent advertising.

That's not good.

3) How long is the program?

You basically are paying for a year long membership and then have to pay thousands to stay in the program in every year.

4) What are you getting in The Seiden Strategies?

Basically you're getting stock picks from Sam.

You get various analysis of markets you can enter and trading advice.

Additionally, you're paying to be able to interact with other members and come up with trading strategies together.

5) Are there any testimonials?

There's a performance chart where you can see who the best traders of the last 4 months are.

It doesn't give a ton of information on what's being traded or anything like that, though.

Because of Sam's past I wouldn't just trust these performance charts to be accurate.

6) How do you pay for The Seiden Strategies?

According to the terms you can only use a credit card.

7) Are there refunds?

There are no refunds! This is a major red flag because of the cost and any respectable program would offer some sort of refund.

Here's them saying no refunds in the terms section:

8) How much money can I make with The Seiden Strategies?

It depends really.. some people make a lot of money trading and others don't.

But I really don't think this is the place to learn how to invest or anything like that, though.

It's been proven Sam hypes up what kind of results you can get.

9) Are there any alternatives?

Yes.

There's definitely better places to learn stocks and get stock picks.

The Seiden Strategies Pros And Cons

Pros
Cons
  • Sam has scammed people before: The creator of this course was sued by the government where they alleged he defrauded tens of millions - that's a really bad sign.
  • Very expensive: This program will cost you thousands and thousands.. after two years it'll cost you over $10,000. There's no need to pay that to learn how to trade.
  • No refunds: The price wouldn't be as bad if there was a period to get your money back. Unfortunately there are no refunds here.
Is The Seiden Strategies a scam?

Probably.

Sam Seiden has a history of running fraudulent offers and I don't see The Seiden Strategies being any different really.

So I'd stay away from this offer.
