Your Income Space offers two different courses called Six Figure Location Rental Business and Advanced Webinar Secrets.

Who Is Brett And Ashley Nobles?

Brett and Ashley Nobles give off power couple vibes.. they're young, attractive and successful.

Definitely a good combo.

There's really not that much information out there about these two that doesn't come from them.

They claim they were both broke when they first got married and were drowning in debt.

Eventually they learned how to rent out their space and turned that into making tens of thousands a month.

Their goal was to get an apartment in LA and rent it out to earn money.

They succeeded and now their apartment makes them $30,000 per month by letting photoshoots and productions happen their.

It's a pretty interesting video. I like that they decorate with stuff they find on Craigslist.

Six Figure Location Rental Business Overview

I reviewed a lot of courses that teach making money with side hustles.. this is the first course I've reviewed one that teaches renting out your space outside of AirBnB.

So kudos for creativity.

The method here is to rent an apartment in a high demand area and book the space with various productions (television, movie production, photoshoots, workshops, etc.)

I think this is a good idea if you live in one the big metropolitan areas.

They claim it can work anywhere but I'd imagine that isn't true.

Module 1: Rental Utilizations And Your Space

This section goes over what you can rent out your space for and how to use your space for bookings.

The 4 types of rental utilization include production, events, off sites and co-working.

Additionally, you'll learn how to make your apartment much more appealing so people book more.

Module 2: Setup And Marketing

The second module is about getting your space ready and marketing it.

In this module you'll learn how to arrange everything depending on what's booked.

You'll also learn how to advertise your apartment with eye catching headlines and photos.

Module 3: Host Development

This module goes over the evolution of your apartment and how to be prepared for common problems.

You'll get training on what to do before, during and after bookings.

Module 4: Business Management

Module 4 goes over everything you need to do to keep your business running smooth.

This includes tools to stay organized, tax information and all legal documents you need to be protected in case of an accident. 

Bonus 1: The Agency Method

The Agency Method is for people that can't do bookings in their current living space.

This bonus will teach you how to find spaces that you can rent and make money from.

Bonus 2: Master Marketing Manual

This marketing manual is filled with resources you can use to get exposure for your apartment.

This includes websites, agencies, different marketing tactics and more.

Bonus 3: Custom Calendar And Profit Planner 

This tool is specifically designed for people that want to try the rental income business model.

You'll be able to track your income and manage your bookings.

Bonus 4: Perfect Close Customer Response Scripts

Customers will ask questions and you'll need to know how to answer them.. this bonus will give you scripts on how to address common questions you'll encounter.

This bonus gives you a bunch of legal templates and 8 different documents to protect your business.

Advanced Webinar Secrets Overview

Advanced Webinar Secrets is more expensive than that last course and will cost $1397.. this to me is too high considering there's a lot of webinar courses out there.

Of the two this course is definitely the less unique one.

Basically you'll learn how to use a webinar sales funnel to make money and how to automate the process.

You'll get training on all the steps to do this.

1) Are Your Income Space courses worth their price?

The rental course is more worth it than the webinar one.

There's not too many courses out there that teach turning your apartment into a business by getting bookings.

Because it's so unique I can see why they would charge $997 for it.

There's plenty of webinar courses out there, though. There's no need to pay $1397 for one.

2) Is Brett and Ashley Nobles legit?

I think so.

They definitely look successful and they did show off the apartment where they do their bookings.

So I believe they definitely do what they're teaching.

3) How long are the courses?

The courses aren't too long.

The rental course is broken up into 4 modules and you get 5 bonuses. 

It's not the longest training I've reviewed but I'd say that it covers the topic well.

4) What do these courses teach?

The first one is an interesting program and teaches you how to make money with you apartment.

But you're not making money through AirBnB.. you're making money through bookings and renting your space out for productions, photo shoots and things like that.

The second course goes over the webinar sales funnel business model.

5) Are there any testimonials? 

There's a couple.

I personally wouldn't trust online testimonials, though. I've reviewed plenty of courses that I know 100% fake testimonials.

Not saying that's happening here but it's something to consider.

7) Is there a refund policy?

There's a 30 day refund policy but I don't think it's no questions asked.

It looks like you have to apply the training before you get your money back.

8) How much can I make from these courses?

It really depends where you live and what you're aiming for with the rental property course.

Brett and Ashley claim to make tens of thousands per month.

I think that's possible if you live in a place like Los Angeles or New York City.

I'm not sure that's possible in Kansas.

9) Are there any alternatives?

There's plenty of courses that'll teach you how to make money with a side hustle.
