I'm not someone that recommends a lot of tools.. I think most are overrated and you should really only use one or two that you trust.
If you're planning on making money with ecommerce a product research tool is essential.
You're going to be spending a lot of time looking for products to sell.
You need a tool that'll speed up the process and make it easier.
So in my opinion, yes you will need a product research tool to make money with ecommerce.
Just make sure to choose the right one.
Who Is This Tool For?
Obviously this tool is for people people interested in ecommerce.
And it's mainly for people looking to source products from Aliexpress.
Aliexpress is the Chinese Amazon and many dropshippers sell products from Aliexpress.
You can add their products to your store, mark up the price and Aliexpress will ship the product.
Ecomwizz mainly helps you find trending and popular Aliexpress products.
How Much Does Ecomwizz Cost?
Ecomwizz lets you try out their services for free for 3 days.
However, you have to put in a credit card or paypal to get access to everything.
After the 3 day trial your card gets charged $29 per month to continue to use their services.
This tool isn't overly expensive and it costs in the same range as most other ecommerce product research tools.
However, there's better tools out there for basically the same price.
What Do You Get With Ecomwizz?
You get a few different services with Ecomwizz..
Here's a breakdown of each one:
Aliexpress Scraping
This tool apparently scrapes 2 million products on Aliexpress every 48 hours. You'll get information on the products like total orders, price and things like that.
Shopify Scraping
Most dropshippers use Shopify to run their stores - it's affordable, easy to use and creates nice looking websites.
Ecomwizz scrapes 1 million Shopify stores every week. This allows you to see what products popular stores are selling and which you can sell on your store.
Product Import
When you find a product you like and want on your store, the Product Import feature will come in handy.
All you have to do is click on the product in Ecomwizz and the product will be imported to your store.
Store Analytics
The store analytics looks at important statistics for Aliexpress and Shopify.
You'll see sales trends, supplier information, shipping costs, product ranking, monthly traffic, monthly revenue and more.
This makes finding products easier.
Smart Search
If you find a Shopify store that's not in the Ecomwizz database, the Smart Search comes in handy.
You can upload store URL's into Smart Search and you'll get statistics on the products this store sells.

I don't think this tool is a scam.
You get to try it for free and typically scams wouldn't let you do that.
What you get is decent and it's not too expensive either.
However, there's just better and more powerful product research tools out there.. they cost about the same too.

My favorite is Sell The Trend.
