Who Is Karla Marie?
There's not really a lot out there about Karla and she claims she's made over 6 figures self publishing ebooks on Amazon.
Is it true?
Maybe but my guess is she probably makes more selling her expensive course than with ebooks.
The thing about Karla is she's a very good marketer.
I've reviewed courses that teach all kinds of stuff.. from ecommerce to blogging to AirBNB to real estate and more.
They all market their courses the same.
They use free webinars to get leads and email follow ups to make the sale.
So don't fall for the marketing of this course.. it's the same as every other course.
What Does Fiction Profits Academy Teach?
Fiction Profits Academy is a course that goes over self publishing on Amazon.
This isn't the first course I've reviewed that teaches this business model.
There's definitely money in creating ebooks on Amazon and I'm sure some people do pretty well.
However, this isn't a business model I'd recommend for most people.. the only people I'd recommend it for are people that truly want to become an author.
But if you're just looking to make money there's other business models that are much simpler and much more popular.
There's even other business models for writers that are easier than ebooks.. like blogging for example.
So if you're skill is in writing I'd blog instead.

$1997 is a lot of money to learn how to learn any way to make money online.. let alone creating ebooks.
Most courses I review are well under $1997 and the training here isn't that special.
2) Is Karla Marie legit?
I honestly have no clue.
There's not a lot out there about her. She is definitely a talented marketer and sells her course well.
But I don't know how successful she is with ebooks or anything like that.
3) What do I get in this course?
There's 3 parts to this course.
There's the core training and you get 10 modules.. this is step by step training on how to create your ebook, market it and sell it.
Then you get the private Facebook group.
Lastly, you get weekly group coaching calls.
4) Are there payment plans?
Yes, you can pay for this course over 4 months at $649. This comes out to $2596.
5) Is there a refund policy?
There's a pretty complicated refund policy.
The first refund policy is under 24 hours no questions asked.
After 24 hours there's a lot of standards you need to meet to get your money back.

Basic rule — If anyone has created a way to make serious money then they don’t need to sell that method to anyone else. They can just continue to use it and generate cash. You should assume that all such offers on the internet are scams.
True in a lot of cases but not all. You can make millions in course sales. And successful people might want to make a couple extra million just like anyone else in the world.
Fiction Profits Academy has a 6-month refund policy that does not allow for a refund. I have 15 non-fiction ebooks published,have spent a fortune on Facebook ads as they recommend and have not earned a dime. When I got to the place in the course when they teach Facebook ads, I knew my almost two thousand investment was gone. I have requested a refund and was refused. I have complied with their refund policy but should have become aware of their dishonesty when I reread the contract that says “The following will not be considered as reasons for a refund: •You don’t know how to use Facebook, You are not good with technology, You don’t have money (over an additional thousand dollars), Family emergency of any kind, You’ve lost your motivation, You found the content confusing, Personal and emotional issues of any kind, Health and financial issues of any kind, You change our mind, You don’t have time, Any reason irrelevant to the action required in the program. In other words, they DO NOT ISSUE A REFUND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. Isn’t that illegal?
if they promise a refund policy and you meet the criteria to get a refund it is illegal to withhold the refund. But you’d have to go through the courts.
