Impact Theory University may be useful for some people.. I've read reviews from members who enjoyed it.
But I'm always skeptical of courses that mainly focus on mindset when it comes to business or making money.
If your goal is to create an online business or side hustle you should be learning business models.. not mindset.
However, if you're just looking to get out of a rut and develop some new thinking patterns this course can work for you.

Tom Bilyeu - Scam Or Legit?
Tom Bilyeu has a very popular Youtube channel where he nearly has 2 million subscribers.
I would describe him as a mix between Tony Robbins and Joe Rogan.
He interviews people in the same way that Joe Rogan does but he mostly focuses on business people and people in the motivational field like Tony Robbins does.
But the Youtube channel is just really a side gig.
Tom also started a massively successful nutrition company called Quest Nutrition that has a staggering 1 BILLION dollar valuation.
Usually when I review a course it's from a guru that makes most of their money by selling said course.
But obviously that's not the case here.
Tom clearly makes more with Quest Nutrition than he does from selling Impact Theory University
This seems more like a passion project from Tom.
Mindset Training Vs. Learning A Business Model
A lot of what you get in Impact Theory University has to do with mindset and building confidence.
Do I think mindset training has a place in the world? I do but it really depends on what a person needs.
If you're not confident you won't succeed but I don't think everyone needs a full blown mindset training course.
If your mind is somewhat in order it's much better to just learn a business model to make money with (if more money is your goal).
There's some training on starting a business in Impact Theory but it's more general.
There's courses out there that teach actual businesses models that beginners can use to make a full time living.

Impact Theory University Overview
Impact Theory University ha two different training series.. one is focused on mindset training and the other one is for potential entrepreneurs.
Here's a look at what you get in each:
Mindset Training:
In the mindset training you get the following:
- 20+ hours of mindset training taught by Tom and other guest speakers
- Two hour livestream that goes over mindset training once a month
- The ability to ask Tom questions during livestreams
- All previous recordings of mindset training
- Various worksheets
You also get access to the private Facebook Group. This group works as a mastermind group where you can network with other members.
It's also a good place to get your questions answered as well.
Business Training:
Along with the mindset training you also get business training.
Here you get access to livestreams going over business ideas and you get the Entrepreneurship 101 course.
Keep in mind this business training focuses mainly on business principles and mindset training in business.
You won't really be learning a business model you can use to make money.
The Price Is Really What You Want
Earlier I talked about Tom running a billion dollar business and it's clear this is more of passion project.
You can tell Tom believes deeply in what he's teaching and he does genuinely want to help people.
Tom certainly doesn't need the money from this course to get by.
Because of this you can actually take the course for free if you don't have the money to pay the monthly fees.
Tom doesn't want money to be the barrier to entry to learn this stuff.
However, if you have the money there's a few different price points:
- Bundle (Mindset and Business): This package comes with everything and is either $804 if you pay annually or $120 per month if you choose monthly.
- Business Training: If you only want the business training it will cost $600 if you pay annually or $97 per month if you choose monthly.
- Mindset Training: If you only want the mindset training it will cost you $300 if you pay annually or $47 per month if you choose monthly.

Impact Theory University FAQs
1) Is Impact Theory University worth the price?
Considering you can get the training for free if you don't have the money I would say it is.
However, I'm not sure that it's worth $120 per month if you were to get the full package.
That's a little expensive for what you're getting.
2) How long is the course?
The course isn't too long but the training is longer than just the core training.
There's monthly livestreams as well.
These build on the training you initially get so the training is ongoing.
4) What does Impact Theory University teach?
The training in this course centers mainly around mindset training and confidence.
Even the business training focuses a lot on the mindset of a business people.
Whether or not this kind of training is important largely depends on your situation.
For most people I'd say you wouldn't need a year of this kind of stuff.
5) Is there a refund policy?
There's a good refund policy.. you have 30 days to ask for you money back.
6) Are there any alternatives?
Yes, there's plenty of courses that teach making money and starting an online business.

Impact Theory University Pros And Cons
Definitely not.
This is a legitimate course that comes from a very legitimate businessman.
My main criticism is it focuses mainly on mindset which is just a small part of making money.
You need to learn how to actually make money beyond that.

For most people I'd say pass on Impact Theory University.
I'd recommend finding a business model to make money with and a course that teaches you how to do it.

Business models are taught everywhere, there are literally thousands of people like you advertising their “favorite” model (usually without revealing they make money in the process), the right mindset instead allows you not to be just some affiliate internet dude opportunistically making some money until things change on them, but actually starting real businesses that create value.
