There's not a ton out there about Gene but I did find an article that was pretty interesting. 

Apparently Steve Moran, who runs Senior Living Foresight, originally thought Gene was a scammer.

He wrote an article essentially accusing him of that and believed Gene wasn't a good educator.

However, he later retracted everything he said after learning more about Gene and getting to know him.

Now Steve speaks glowingly of Gene and is now a partner.

I know when I first heard of RAL Academy I was a little skeptical too.. which is pretty natural since you're dealing with seniors.

But Gene trains well apparently and has a lot of success stories.

I believe so.

He has a 30 year business history and he seems very knowledgeable on the residential assisted living business model.

Even people who were skeptical at first seemed to be won over after actually meeting him.

Additionally, he has books on this topic too. 

So he clearly knows what he's talking about.

3) What does RAL Academy teach? 

RAL Academy teaches you how to create a residential assisted living business.

This mainly means turning a residential home into a place for the elderly to live.

There's definitely a need for this and there's definitely an opportunity here.. it's just going to be stressful to get started.

4) Who is this course for?

This course is for someone that already has property or has money already saved up.

I doubt this is something you can do with an empty bank account, no house and bad credit.

So you need to be financially stable already to get started.

And you need to be an organized and type a personality to even consider this business model.

Yes there's many testimonials on the RAL Academy website.

Usually you should be skeptical about testimonials because many course creators fake them.

But these are legit.

They're video testimonials being done at the live events.. that would be pretty hard to fake.
