RAL Academy Summary
Creator: Gene Guarino
Price to join: $1497 to $2997 (depending on which program)
Do I recommend? Not really
Overall rating: 3/5
RAL Academy is a very interesting opportunity and a unique training program.. this is the first review I have done for this business model.
While I think there's definitely some potential and some money to be made here I wouldn't recommend it for most people.
This just seems like a big undertaking and I'd imagine caring for the elderly is stressful.
Also, you'll need a lot of capitol to get started.
There's just so many inexpensive online businesses models with huge potential.. I'd start there if you're looking to make money.

Gene Guarino - Scam Or Legit?
Gene Guarino is the creator of RAL Academy.
He's solely focused on the senior assisted housing business model and previously invested in real estate.
There's not a ton out there about Gene but I did find an article that was pretty interesting.
Apparently Steve Moran, who runs Senior Living Foresight, originally thought Gene was a scammer.
He wrote an article essentially accusing him of that and believed Gene wasn't a good educator.
However, he later retracted everything he said after learning more about Gene and getting to know him.
Now Steve speaks glowingly of Gene and is now a partner.
I know when I first heard of RAL Academy I was a little skeptical too.. which is pretty natural since you're dealing with seniors.
But Gene trains well apparently and has a lot of success stories.
The Residential Assisted Living Business Model
I make money online for living and also review various courses that teach making money.
This is the first time I've heard of the residential assisted living business model.
I do find it interesting but at the same time I can't imagine it's easy/cheap to get started with.
You're going to need at the bare minimum a house (and one that's pretty nice).
Additionally, you'll need to buy equipment, hire qualified people, food and more.
On the flip side I can see this being a pretty rewarding career.
My sister worked in a big nursing home during Covid in New York.. so let's just say I have some inside information on how horrible those places can be.
Providing care for someone in their twilight years is honorable work.
But if you're just interested in making money there's definitely easier ways with just as high (if not higher) earning potential.
I started with literally nothing and have made over 6 figures with various online business models.

RAL Academy FAQs
1) Are the programs in RAL Academy worth their price?
I'd say so.
This isn't exactly the easiest business model on earth so I would expect the training to be over $1000.
It would be kind of a red flag if training on a topic like this was only $100.
2) Is Gene Guarino trustworthy?
I believe so.
He has a 30 year business history and he seems very knowledgeable on the residential assisted living business model.
Even people who were skeptical at first seemed to be won over after actually meeting him.
Additionally, he has books on this topic too.
So he clearly knows what he's talking about.
3) What does RAL Academy teach?
RAL Academy teaches you how to create a residential assisted living business.
This mainly means turning a residential home into a place for the elderly to live.
There's definitely a need for this and there's definitely an opportunity here.. it's just going to be stressful to get started.
4) Who is this course for?
This course is for someone that already has property or has money already saved up.
I doubt this is something you can do with an empty bank account, no house and bad credit.
So you need to be financially stable already to get started.
And you need to be an organized and type a personality to even consider this business model.
5) Are there any testimonials?
Yes there's many testimonials on the RAL Academy website.
Usually you should be skeptical about testimonials because many course creators fake them.
But these are legit.
They're video testimonials being done at the live events.. that would be pretty hard to fake.
6) Is there a refund policy?
Yes, there's a 30 day money back guarantee which is pretty good.
7) Are there any alternatives?
Yes, there's many courses that will teach you how to make money.
My favorite course teaches you how to create an online business with very little money and no experience is needed.
