The Oxford Communique is a popular investing newsletter run by Alexander Green.

Bill O'Reilly says it's the only investing newsletter he subscribes to..

Is this just marketing and one big scam?

Or can the Oxford Communique deliver actual results for you?

You'll get an answer to these questions and more in this review.

Besides that you'll see some red flags you should know about if you're going to buy this product.

By the time you're done you'll know if The Oxford Communique is right for you.

Let's get started!

The Oxford Communique Summary

Creator: Alexander Green

Price to join: $49 to $129 per year

Do I recommend? Yes (read summary)

   Overall rating: 4/5

The Oxford Communique is a good investing newsletter and well known.

The stock picks you get here are solid and can definitely make you money.

However, this newsletter is owned by Agora, who is terrible.

If you buy this product you'll be marketed some horrible services that can cost thousands of dollars.

Resist these upsells.

The Big Red Flag With The Oxford Communique

The Oxford Communique is published by Oxford Club and Oxford Club is owned by Agora.

It's actually very rare for me to recommend a product that comes from Agora because they are an awful company.

Here's why it's hard for me to recommend any product from this company:

They Continually Scam Seniors

Anyone who scams elderly people is not to be trusted and Agora is constantly getting caught doing this.

Just over a year ago they were fined millions of dollars for targeting seniors with both financial and health scams.

The financial product promised to help seniors get thousands a month from the government (which was a lie).

The health product promised to cure diabetes in 28 days without having to exercise or fix your diet (another lie).

These are absurd promises and any ethical company would never dream of doing something like this.

Agora is a massive operation, though, and is actually the largest distributor of financial newsletters in the country.

They make HUDNREDS of millions in sales every year.

Even after being sued for millions they continue to market unethically to seniors:

For Agora, it pays to sell fraudulent products and they'll happily pay millions in fines.

I mean look at this ad they're running targeting old people with cancer:

They're just so scummy.

Agora Is Looking To Milk You

You might be wondering why it's a big deal to buy Oxford Communique because it's so cheap.

It's a big deal because Agora uses cheap products like Oxford Communique as bait.

Every online marketer knows once you buy one product from a company, you're more likely to buy from them again - and spend more the next time.

Agora has very sophisticated and aggressive marketing funnels meant to milk as much money from you as possible.

The second you enter your credit card details into their system they are going to heavily promote all of their services to you.

Some of these newsletters can cost tens of thousands a year.

Most of these products are trash and won't perform better than Oxford Communique.

But the marketing is persuasive and you'll be promoted products every single day.

If you do buy The Communique you need to resist all the upsells.

The Communique is their best product and the one you have the best chance at making money with.

Agora Hires Legit Scam Artists

The last point I want to bring up is Agora hires people that are legitimate criminals.

For example, one of the main characters at Agora is a guy called Teeka Tiwari.

Teeka runs Palm Beach Confidential and this is one of the biggest newsletters Agora has.

They market him as some Robinhood figure who wants to help you make money but in reality he's banned from Wall Street.

It's incredibly hard to get banned from Wall Street too and Teeka managed to have it happen to him.

This matters because you'll be marketed products by Teeka if you buy Oxford Communique.

Again, you need to avoid all these promotions because they won't deliver.

Alexander Green's Stock Pick Performance

Alexander Green has a long history of picking stocks and does a pretty good job.

I wouldn't recommend Oxford Communique unless Alex was good at picking stocks.

Over they years he's done a lot of long form stock presentations.

These are known as teasers and he hypes up an investment opportunity without actually giving away the company the name.

The point of these presentations is to get you to buy The Communique with the promise of giving you the company name after.

These are supposed to be Alexander Green's best picks.

Let's take a look at how these teaser picks have performed over the last few years:

Butterfly Network In April 2022

This is the most recent marketing campaign for Oxford Communique.

This presentation is done between Bill O'Reilly and Alexander Green and it titled "Humanity's Next Gigantic Leap."

In the presentation Bill and Alexander hype up a company that sells handheld sonogram devices.

The company is Butterfly Network.

Here's how the stock has performed over the last year:

The arrow is when Alex recommended the stock.

It's been going down for quite some time.

I'm not entirely sure what Butterfly Network does over its competitors and this investment is one that pays out over years.

So you'll have to keep an eye on this one to see if it works out or not.

Marvel Technology In September 2019

Back in 2019 Alexander was hyping up a company that he called the "#1 5G Megastock" and this one had Bill O'Reilly in it as well.

The company being teased here is Marvell Technology and apparently is involved with dealing server chips for 5G wireless networks.

This stock has done very well since 2019:

At one point the stock more than tripled in price and despite losing value is still double the price.

This is an excellent stock pick and why I like this newsletter.

Foxconn In 2018

Foxconn is a company Alexander Green has been promoting for years.

He started promoting it all the way back in 2018 and re-runs his presentation for the company every year or so.

Most recently he claimed Foxconn was a "single stock retirement play."

Overall this stock hasn't performed that well, though:

Not all stock picks are going to perform well.

This stock was down significantly for a while but has rebounded a bit since its low point.

Overall I think you can chalk this one up to being a loser, though.

Fulgent Genetics, Quidel And NovoCure In April 2020

In mid April 2020, Green ran a presentation called "The Three Biggest Winners Of The Coronavirus Recovery."

This presentation turned out to be pretty profitable to anyone who took Alexander's advice to invest in Fulgent Genetics, Quidel and NovoCure.

Here's how each performed:

Fulgent was a HUGE success and went up more than 1000% in under a year.

If you invested $5,000 into that stock and sold at the peak you would have made around $50,000.

Next up we have Quidel:

This stock nearly tripled in under a year.

If you sold at the peak a $5,000 investment would have made you $15,000.

Lastly, there's NovoCure:

NovoCure more than quadrupled shortly after Alexander's recommendation.

All three of these stock picks were winners and delivered huge returns very quickly.

What Is The Oxford Communique Offering?

The Oxford Communique offers pretty much the same thing as all other Agora newsletters.

Here's a breakdown of everything that you get:

Monthly Newsletter

This is one of the core parts of this offer and is mainly what you're paying for.

This newsletter gives you a new stock pick every month as well as market research.

You'll get additional commentary from Alexander as well.

Model Portfolio

This is the other core aspect of this offer.

Once you sign up you get an entire model portfolio that you can copy from and get investment ideas from.

In the portfolio you'll find the company as well as buy prices and sell prices.

The Oxford Insight

The idea of a monthly newsletter is kind of old school.

In the past physical copies of newsletters needed to be sent out and that's why it was just once a month.

Now everything is digital.

You still get the old school monthly newsletter but you also get The Oxford Insight.

The Oxford Insight goes out four times a week and gives you updates on the market and your portfolio.

If you need to make a move you'll be told to do so in these updates.

Special Reports

There's a ton of special reports included with The Communique.

They all detail investment strategies or stocks that Green likes.

We covered some of them in the previous section.

Here's some of the reports being offered right now:

  • The Single Stock Retirement Plan
  • Ten Baggers of Tomorrow
  • The Gone Fishing Portfolio
  • The All Star Portfolio Strategy
  • Gold Guide

And there's a few more.

These reports are always changing, though.

By the time you're reading this the reports can be completely different.

The Oxford Communique FAQ's

Still have some questions about this newsletter?

Here's answers to any remaining questions you might have:

1) How Much Does Oxford Communique Cost?

There's basically two prices for this newsletter.

The first is $49 per year and this just gives you the digital version of Oxford Communique without the special reports.

The second option comes with digital and print versions of the newsletter as well as all the special reports - this will cost $79 per year.

There's a third options for $129 per year and it only comes with digital and print versions of Oxford Communique without the special reports.

This must be a sales trick or something because that price makes no sense.

Overall this is a good deal and definitely worth the price.

Just watch out for the upsells that are going to be coming your way.

They cost much more.

2) Is There A Refund Policy?

Yes, there's a good refund policy.

You get an entire year to get your money back which will give you time to test the stock picks.

However, Agora typically doesn't allow for refunds on their more expensive products.

So if you do fall for the promotional offers for the more expensive services and are dissatisfied, you likely won't be able to get a refund.

3) Is Alexander Green Legit?

He's as legit as you can be working for Agora.

There's really nothing out there about his past either.

I checked his Linkedin and there was nothing there.

So I have no clue what his background is or previous work experience.

However, he can pick good stocks and that's really all that matters.

Alex has been able to sustain his good stock performance for years too.

Here's a comment from a customer who's been with the service for 15 years:

4) Are There Similar Products?

There's a bunch of products that remind me of this one

Some of them include:

And more.

Many of these newsletters actually come from Agora as well.

The Oxford Communique Pros And Cons

Pros
  • Good stock picks: Alex makes good stock picks and some have gone up 1000% in just a year.
  • Sustained success: Alex isn't a new comer. He's been successful with the stock market for decades.
  • Well priced: This product costs as low as $49. That's about as good as you can ask for.
  • Good refund policy: The refund policy is excellent as well and you get 365 days to get your money back.
Cons
  • Agora owned: This is a big red flag. You never want to be in an Agora marketing funnel.

The Oxford Communique Conclusion

I really don't like recommending Agora products. I really don't.

It's rare that I do and if I'm on the fence I'd rather just not recommend one.

HOWEVER, The Oxford Communique is a good investing newsletter and has been for years.

So I have to recommend it!

But this recommendation comes with some warnings.

Agora is a predatory company.

They care more about their profits than you making money and a lot of their products are straight up trash.

So be careful when you buy.

You'll be pitched to buy products that cost thousands of dollars but aren't any better.. in most cases they're much worst.

Here's A Better Opportunity

The Oxford Communique is a good investing newsletter you should consider buying.

However, there's equally good investing newsletters that don't have the Agora baggage.

The good news is there's still a lot of good places to get stock picks.

  • Judging by your style of calling everything a scam and recommending something else instead, I have to assume you learned your horrible misleading “fake review technique” from Wealthy Affiliate?

Just checked the bottom, LOL – I was 100% Right and I didn’t even see your W.A. Link until a moment ago. So predictable, it’s a shame they’re still around peddling this “call everything a scam” B.S.

      • Nothing…nothing…just predictable Wealthy Affiliate BS – so have you actually SEEN the newsletter? Did you become a member? Or is your “review” just based on what you were able to find online.

        Yeah, that’s what I thought.
